During 2018, Mallory acquired Industrial Safety Supply Corporation (ISSC) in Emeryville, CA,, Ontario, CA, and Stockton, CA; Essential Safety Products (ESP) in Albuquerque, NM, Denver, CO, and Pueblo CO; and Safety West in Salt Lake City, UT. Mallory also expanded operations in Eugene, OR, with the purchase and integration of Norwest Safety. Mallory expanded the company's personnel services team, and extended its rental fleet products to all regional offices.

In 2018, Mallory enlarged its safety products vending machine operations, Snapvend, with the addition of scales for lockers, and increased the company's ability to deliver on-site plant turnaround products, training and services. At the same time, Mallory hired additional operational and service staff to provide customers with on-time safety product delivery, and hands-on service capabilities. As part of its 2018 expansion, Mallory also utilized its three rolling "Mallory Turnaround" semitruck trailers that are on the road year-round to assist companies with their plant cleanups, shutdowns and turnarounds. The Mallory Turnaround Trailers are fully stocked with personal protective equipment ((PPE), respirators and SCBA air packs, gloves, helmets, ear and eye protection and wireless gas detection monitors to protect plant workers and contractors during their cleanup operations.
