Stairs4RTroops Mission
S4RT is run by a team of local volunteers to give back to U.S. veterans of the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. S4RT aims to raise more than $430,000, the average cost of building one home for a severely injured veteran, for the benefit of HFOT. S4RT aims to build recurring events that make a difference in the lives of our veterans and the S4RTroopers who climb on their behalf. The annual event originated at Harvard Stadium with hopes of expanding to stadiums across the country. Gillette Stadium is the first professional sports venue to host the event.

Homes for Our Troops
HFOT is a privately-funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to build and donate specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives. Most of these veterans have sustained injuries, including multiple limb amputations, partial or full paralysis, and/or severe traumatic brain injury (TBI).

These homes restore some of the freedom and independence our veterans sacrificed while defending our country and enable them to focus on their family, recovery and rebuilding their lives. Since its inception in 2004, 90 percent of donations to HFOT have gone to directly support veterans. HFOT builds homes where the veteran chooses to live and continues its relationship with the veterans to assist them with rebuilding their lives.
