Jason Key will lead the product and engineering teams on an evolution of the product roadmap to deliver innovation of the Payrix platform. Responsible for revenue-generating strategy and execution, Ben Lebedin will oversee the sales and business development teams to ensure the company's growth goals are achieved. Sara Hightower will focus on elevating the Payrix brand, positioning products in the market and driving the strategy for all marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Payrix, Jason held leadership roles with PayPal, Merchant e-Solutions, Monetary and most recently, Chief Technology Officer at OnePlace. Enamored with new, innovative technologies that solve for client needs, Jason has a passion for building cross-functional, Lean and Agile software engineering teams that deliver on solution strategies.

With 10+ years of experience leading sales and revenue generating initiatives, Ben Lebedin is a distinguished payments and technology professional, skilled in strategic sales positioning, market development and commercialization. Ben has held leadership roles at WorldPay, Merchant e-Solutions and Elavon, where he specialized in working with software partners to streamline payments enrollment and acceptance for their customer. He is known for having a growth mindset and the proven ability to drive and develop a high-performing sales force that focuses on the customer.

Sara Hightower brings more than a decade of marketing experience to Payrix, with expertise brand positioning, market segmentation, launch strategy, content development and brand activation. Most recently she led integrated strategy teams at Omnicom-owned agency The Marketing Arm, where she worked across diverse industries and companies including AT&T, Wells Fargo, State Farm, P&G, Nissan, Merck, NBA, Pepsi and Microsoft. Through a balanced approach, Sara combines a deep understanding of data analytics with a knack for creativity, enabling her to deliver on big ideas that resonate with the client and in the market.
