Roberts & Ryan Investments Proudly Welcomes Major General Patricia Frost, U.S. Army Retired, to the Firm’s Advisory Board

Roberts & Ryan Investments Inc., America’s first Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) FINRA registered broker-dealer, is pleased to announce that career U.S. Army officer and combat veteran, Major General Patricia Frost (Retired), has joined the firm’s Advisory Board. MG (Ret.) Frost will assist Roberts and Ryan in expanding the firm’s offerings and engagements to corporations and institutional investors committed to enhancing opportunities and economic independence to veterans, disabled veterans and their families.

MG (Ret.) Frost hails from The Woodlands, TX and has served our nation for more than 31 years.

She received her commission after graduating as a Distinguished Military Graduate from Rutgers University, New Jersey in 1987. Patricia is currently the Director of Cyber at Partners in Performance America where she manages operational risk in the cyber domain for industry partners, coaches cyber operational readiness for corporate leaders and leads organizational behavioral change to increase cyber resiliency. She has three decades of global intelligence experience serving in senior intelligence positions in the Indo-Asia-Pacific and Middle East including three combat tours. She has led enterprise efforts at the highest levels of the U.S. government. She is a strategic intelligence subject matter expert in real time, high technology intelligence, cyber, and electronic warfare systems.

Patricia’s military awards include two Bronze Star Medals for combat service in Afghanistan and Iraq.

She wrote “Tactical Considerations for a Commander to Fight and Win in the EMS” in the Spring 2018 Cyber Defense Review and has been involved in numerous speaking engagements.

She is currently a Board advisor for Cybersecurity Forum Initiative and the Military Cyber Professionals Association Advisory Council member for the National Technology Security Coalition.

Patricia and her husband, Major General Malcolm Frost, U.S. Army Retired, served and commanded in combat at the same time and are passionate about work-life balance in raising their teenage daughter.
