Riteload Hires Industry Veteran Justin Kreimer as Chief Revenue Officer, Company Rebrands From Myriteload to Riteload

PHILADELPHIA, July 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Riteload, a disruptive technology platform for the $800B trucking industry, today announced the appointment of industry veteran, Justin Kreimer, as Chief Revenue Officer. In addition, the company has rebranded from Myriteload to Riteload as it begins a period of rapid customer growth.

"We expect our loadboard to be a gamechanger for the trucking space by eliminating freight brokers completely and putting significantly more money into drivers' and shippers' pockets," said Matthew Kane, founder & CEO. "We have very aggressive roll-out plans and Justin is the perfect fit to lead this effort. His vast experience in all facets of the trucking industry, and his proven track record building and managing teams make him the ideal executive to cement Riteload's position as the innovative leader in the market."

Mr. Kreimer brings 20 years of operations and customer acquisition experience in the transportation space. He joins Riteload from USA Truck where he served as the Vice President of Trucking Operations. Prior, he was the Vice President of Operations at Marten Transport where his responsibilities included management of the dry van division and temperature controlled fleet, as well as regional sales management and facility build out/acquisitions. He also played an instrumental role in the company's network development and revenue/EBITDA growth. Prior to his 11 years at Marten, he spent 8 years at Knight Transportation with roles as Director of Sales and Regional Manager. Mr. Kreimer holds BS Degrees in both Logistics and Marketing, each from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

The company's rebrand to Riteload is appropriately timed as it enters a period of aggressive growth. Since inception, the company has built a cult following amongst drivers and shippers, and in its pre-launch phase it created one of the largest pools of small fleet drivers in the space. Customers are excited about Riteload's business model that eliminates freight brokers from its loadboard to create a fully transparent marketplace where carriers and shippers connect directly. This direct connection saves money for both sides and creates a more efficient process without a middleman in the way taking exorbitant fees.

The company has spent the past two years working closely with carriers and shippers to prioritize its technology development with innovative features that are only possible when there is direct, frictionless communication. Example features include:

Carriers:
Riteload's iOS and Android apps allow drivers to search for loads, directly negotiate with shippers on rates, and sign contracts right within the mobile app. Carriers set their preferred load criteria and are immediately alerted when a shipper posts a new load that is likely to be a successful match. The geo features built into the apps allow shippers to prepare for arrival and reduce wasted detention times.

Shippers:
Riteload's shipper platform includes real-time geo tracking that shows the driver's location along the route, allowing shippers to plan for pickup and delivery. Shippers see each carrier's safety and insurance information as well as shipper inputted performance ratings to make informed decisions on who to contract with. The platform also allows shippers to create pre-set lists of their favorite carriers, which helps build direct relationships and improves load delivery success.
