Underwood brings to MemberSuite nearly 30 years of experience in growing digital businesses, leading sales, marketing, operational and technology teams, and driving online product development.

His portfolio also includes executive roles at Thomson Reuters and WebMD, where he spearheaded digital strategy and led several successful acquisition efforts.
