Atlantic Honda and Families in Arms Hold Sales Event to Benefit Children with Autism
BAY SHORE, N.Y., Aug. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Coming September 14, 2019 from the hours of 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the Atlantic Honda dealership of Bay Shore, New York in the Long Island area of Suffolk County will be holding its 4th annual event partnered with the Families in Arms charity. During this period, proceeds from every vehicle sold will benefit the Families in Arms charity.
The Families in Arms charity, technically Families in Arms Incorporated, is a non-profit public charity created by the Rubin family. The creation of the Families in Arms charity was inspired by the family's son, Jack, who has autism. While Families in Arms Inc. feels that therapy is an important part of supporting the efforts of those with autism, the charity also feels that creating positive memories and experience for children is also incredibly vital. That's why the Families in Arms Inc. raises money to send children with autism, and their families, to Disney World.
