Stillwater Human Capital Named “2019 Best Places to Work in Greater Washington” by the Washington Business Journal

Stillwater Human Capital, a talent acquisition organization providing military veterans an opportunity to launch a new career in corporate America, has been selected as a “2019 Best Places to Work in Greater Washington” by the Washington Business Journal. In an awards ceremony at the MGM National Harbor, it was announced that Stillwater was ranked 12th in a field of 100 companies receiving the award.

Each year, the Washington Business Journal recognizes hundreds of companies as part of their annual awards programs. The Best Places to Work award honors the DC-area’s leading employers, evaluating organizations on team effectiveness, trust in leadership, employee retention, and work engagement. More than 500 companies were nominated for the 2019 award, and 100 were selected as finalists.

“This is only possible because of the supportive and team-centered culture that each and every Stillwater employee has helped to build,” said David Willard, Founder and CEO of Stillwater Human Capital. “We have made it our mission to train and employ military veterans who have spent their careers focusing on successful operations. Our people bring that same passion to both Stillwater and to our customers every day, and I am thankful for a talented team that works tirelessly to ensure mission success both in the office and in the field.”
