Palm will take part in a panel on “Business Partnerships for One Water” to share best practices for forging win-win partnerships between businesses, municipalities and utility providers for the benefit of the nation’s water future. By focusing on customer satisfaction of American Water’s Homeowner Services customers in cities like Philadelphia, Orlando, and New York City, Palm will share how collaborative solutions have built up the brand perception of clients and partners across their utility footprint.
