Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC (Brown & Root) continues to strategically invest in its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) businesses to further capitalize on emerging market opportunities and support the company’s rapid growth. To accelerate those efforts, Brown & Root recently welcomed global industrial construction leader, Jack Penley, as President of the company’s Construction group.

Mr. Penley brings over 30 years of EPC expertise to Brown & Root. As President of Construction, he will oversee all aspects of the group’s operations, including strategic planning, project management and execution, process improvements, workforce development and technology.

Mr. Penley has led the successful execution of multiple large and complex projects in oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, and power across the globe. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Construction & Fabrication for a major international EPC firm. A champion of continual improvement, Mr. Penley oversaw the development of innovative automation tools and processes to enhance project execution, productivity and efficiencies.
