iiPay Listed As One of Three "Aggregation Payroll Solution" Providers in Recent Gartner Market Guide Report

DALLAS, Oct. 1, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Integrated International Payroll (iiPay), a market leader in cloud-based global payroll, announces that it was mentioned as a Representative Vendor in Gartner's Market Guide for Multicountry Payroll Solutions. According to the report, aggregation payroll solutions are "a form of payroll BPO where the vendor (a payroll aggregator) uses multiple local payroll partners in conjunction with an aggregation platform to unify the data and provide one central interface for the customer."

"iiPay partners with multi-country clients to reduce complexity, unify payroll systems, produce on-time and accurate reporting in minutes, and reduce errors," said James Haworth, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for iiPay. "Our clients cite our ability to ensure compliance and scale across countries with transparency as one of the reasons they choose to grow with iiPay."

According to Gartner's definition of aggregation, it is "A form of payroll BPO where the vendor (a payroll aggregator) uses multiple local payroll partners in conjunction with an aggregation platform to unify the data and provide one central interface for the customer." In the report, iiPay is listed as one of three "aggregation payroll solutions" providers.

"We offer the trusted, safe pair of hands to our clients through focusing on service excellence and bringing confidence in aggregating data via our uniquely designed solution, "said Haworth. "In addition to delivering our clients' payrolls, we ensure seamless integration of future requirements as their business evolves."

Gartner further states "Payroll aggregation typically extends the geographic coverage of payroll BPO services. It is most often used when clients have a large number of countries to cover, many with relatively low volumes of workers (most aggregators will serve between 1 and 1,000 workers per country)" and aggregation is "used when employee volumes are so low that a BPO vendor would bring in third parties to subcontract the payroll processing to maintain a certain level of profitability, and to leverage local knowledge in ensuring compliance."
