MALVERN, Pa., Oct. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Institutes RiskStream Collaborative, the risk management and insurance industry's largest enterprise-level blockchain consortium, has appointed Eric Henderson, President, Nationwide Annuity, and Bob Bastian, CIO of Individual Solutions Group at Prudential Financial, as Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, of the collaborative's U.S. Life & Annuity Advisory Board.
The mission of RiskStream Collaborative's Life & Annuity Advisory Board is to identify and prioritize the production of blockchain technology applications for the life insurance and annuity space. All Advisory Board members are representatives of RiskStream Collaborative member organizations and LIMRA, which has partnered with the collaborative to further the development of blockchain applications for the life & annuity sector.

As President, Nationwide Annuity, Eric Henderson oversees all aspects of the company's individual annuity segment, including product innovation, sales and distribution, executing strategic initiatives, driving strategic positioning and product development, managing profitability, and overseeing business operations.
