Morphpackers’ Cementable MorphAnchor Proven Successful

The Cementable MorphAnchor is the world’s only 4” x 5 ½” anchor system designed for refrac applications and is an alternative to industry-standard liner hangers. The latest addition to Morphpackers’ portfolio of hydraulic refracturing technologies circumvents the previously required approaches to refracturing including long-string cement jobs. The Cementable MorphAnchor, with its slim outer diameter, allows running, hanging, and cementing a new 4” tubing inside existing 5 ½” casings. The big bore inner diameter allows standard plug and perf refracturing with high pump rates, saving 2+ days drill time and lowering risk and cost.
With the increasing demand of the Cementable MorphAnchor, Morphpackers hired Patrick Gonzales to the position of US Technical Sales.
Gonzales joins Morphpackers after serving as field engineer for both Baker Hughes and Weatherford and technical sales engineer for Tenaris and Composite Lining. During his 10-year career, he ran completion tools and packers in the Eagle Ford and Permian Basins and sand control completion tools in the Donghai Area of China. “I enjoy working every angle of the job with our end-users and using my technical knowledge and experience to help them succeed. Morphpackers’ products are changing the industry and bringing new life to old wells. I’m excited to join this transformative company.”
