Gemspring Capital Invests in Skyline Displays

Gemspring Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce an affiliate has completed the simultaneous acquisitions of Skyline Displays, a leading provider of displays, exhibits and services for trade shows and large corporate events, and TradeTec, the largest Skyline independent dealer. The combined company will continue to operate under the Skyline brand.

Skyline is headquartered in Eagan, Minnesota, and is a recognized leader in the industry, with an exceptional reputation for quality, design and service. Critical to Skyline’s historical success has been leveraging its market leading exhibit and display design and manufacturing capabilities into the provision of related trade show services, such as asset management, installation and dismantling and equipment rentals. Skyline’s customers are seamlessly served across the United States and internationally through its network of nearly 80 locations, including 27 Skyline-owned retail centers, four regional service centers and 45 independent dealers.
