It's also the top-selling community in western Williamson County based on a survey by Metrostudy. The community posted 372 new home closings in 2019, a figure up 48% from previous year sales totals. Those figures place Santa Rita Ranch in the top five communities in the nation, third in Texas, and first in Williamson County.
