Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
TORONTO, Feb. 14, 2020 /CNW/ - Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSX: PTG), ("Pivot" or the "Company") a full-service information technology provider, today declared its quarterly cash dividend in the amount of CAD $0.04 per common share (an annualized amount of CAD $0.16 per share).
The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2020 to holders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2020.
