Business Development Group Forms New Subsidiaries
OKLAHOMA CITY, March 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Business Development Group, LLC announced today that it has formed three new subsidiaries; BDG Equities, LLC, BDG Advisors, LLC, and BDG Services, LLC. The new companies are currently wholly owned subsidiaries of Business Development Group, LLC and certain selected assets will be assigned to each of the new subsidiary entities.
Since 1999, Business Development Group has been serving the Telecommunications industry with three strategic core lines of business; as a holding company of Telecommunications related assets, Telecommunications consulting services, and third party sales and support for Telecommunications service providers. BDG Advisors, LLC, will support Business Development Group's current consulting engagements as well as pursue partnerships with and/or acquisitions of other consulting talent and resources. Its focus will remain on aiding Telecommunications companies by providing specialized support and consulting in the areas of executive coaching, corporate development, sales, operations, mergers & acquisitions, staffing, project management, and strategy.
BDG Services, LLC, will support Business Development Group's existing third party sales and support agreements as well as pursue partnerships with and/or acquisitions of other agent and third party sales and support talent and resources.
