FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Announces Appointment Of Christine Vannais As Chief Operating Officer For Its North Carolina Site

MORRISVILLE, N.C., March 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB), a world leading cGMP Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) supporting its partners in the biopharmaceutical industry with the development and production of their biologics, vaccines and gene therapies, is pleased to formally announce the appointment of Christine Vannais as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of its North Carolina site, effective April 1, 2020. In this role, Vannais will be leading all aspects of FDB's North Carolina Operations.

Christine joined FDB in 2012 and she has led the North Carolina Manufacturing Operations team since 2014 as part of the Site Leadership Team. In this role she has been responsible for the site's 24/7 manufacturing operations, which include cGMP production in both microbial and mammalian systems.
