Cango Inc. Regains Compliance with NYSE's Continued Listing Standards

SHANGHAI, June 12, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Cango, Inc. (NYSE: CANG) ("Cango" or the "Company"), a leading automotive transaction service platform in China, today announced that it received a letter (the "Letter") from The New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") indicating that the Company is now considered to be back in compliance in relation to the NYSE's quantitative continued listing standards.

According to the Letter, the NYSE's decision is based on the Company's achievement of compliance over the past two quarters with Section 802.01A of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, which requires a listed company to meet the following standards: (i) the number of total stockholders of at least 400 and (ii) the number of total stockholders of at least 1,200, if the average monthly volume is less than 100,000 (for the most recent 12 months). The Company will continue to implement its various initiatives to raise its brand awareness within the investor community and enhance its research coverage, thereby maintaining compliance with the relevant requirements.
