Aphena Announces the Launch of Its New Third-Party Logistics Division

Aphena Pharma Solutions is proud to announce the launch of its new Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Division, which will be based at the company’s Cookeville, Tennessee, campus. Aphena plans to complete development of the new division by the end of 2021 and to begin serving new 3PL clients in early 2022.

Aphena will offer its 3PL services at reasonable rates to the prescription pharmaceutical market, with a focus on the generic subsegment as well as the over-the-counter pharmaceutical market and the nutraceutical/homeopathic markets.

Aphena’s 3PL logistics services and capabilities will include:

  • Full distribution services (receipt, storage and order fulfillment)
  • Order-to-cash services (accounts receivable, invoicing, chargebacks and month-end close)
  • Controlled room temperature (CRT) storage
  • DEA schedule II (vault) and DEA schedule III-V storage
  • Cold chain, 2-8º Celsius storage
  • NABP DDA (VAWD) certification in progress
