L'opposition a critiqué mardi une démarche électoraliste à l'approche de la présidentielle après l'annonce par Emmanuel Macron d'un plan de 30 milliards d'euros pour développer la compétitivité industrielle, qui fait suite à plusieurs annonces d'investissements majeurs depuis la rentrée.
