Generational Equity Advises Ross & Wallace Paper Products in its Sale to AmerCareRoyal

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Ross & Wallace Paper Products, Inc. to AmerCareRoyal, LLC, a holding of HCI Equity Partners. The acquisition closed September 23, 2021.

Located in Hammond, Louisiana, Ross & Wallace Paper Products (RWPP) is a manufacturer of paper bags & rolls with a 70-year history of providing quality paper products. Originally focused on manufacturing merchandise bags, the RWPP brand has grown to also include an array of sizes of grocery bags, grocery sacks, heavy-duty bags, and paper rolls printed and plain in a large variety of papers.

AmerCareRoyal, headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, is a single stream resource for over 6,000 disposable products used in the food service, janitorial, sanitation, industrial, hospitality and medical industries.
