Our Agueris® simulators integrate John Cockerill Defense France: the two companies merge
January 20, 2023 - Companies Agueris and John Cockerill Defense France merged on 1 January 2023. This merger confirms the ambition of John Cockerill Defense France to be a recognized player in the service of the French and Belgian Land Forces, by strengthening its commitment within the French Defence Industrial and Technological Base.
This operation also aims to strengthen the position of John Cockerill Defense in the new generation simulators programs necessary in particular for the training of the Forces on the new materials.
This evolution allows to develop synergies between these two entities of the John Cockerill Group, and to further structure this key sector of interest in the offer of John Cockerill Defense by taking into account the complementarity of the activities of production, commissioning of weapon systems, and the strategic importance of the training simulators Agueris.
