With over 30 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction, and government services arenas, Daven brings a wealth of expertise as well as a successful track record of achieving results and growth to his new role. Daven will leverage the technical capabilities, talent, and geographic reach of TYLin and leading water infrastructure firm Greeley and Hansen to propel growth, enhance client delivery, attract and retain the best talent, and optimize performance. His responsibilities include strategic planning and realizing collaboration and growth goals throughout the Americas.

Daven’s extensive experience overseeing high-profile and complex infrastructure programs demonstrates his ability to deliver within strict schedules and budgets. This practical experience, along with his aptitude for business expansion, operations, and client development in both the public and private sectors, make him a valuable addition to the TYLin family of companies. He is a strategic thinker who excels at planning and implementing major sales strategies and targeted marketing initiatives to support corporate objectives. Daven's exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to motivate and drive collaboration will further strengthen the TYLin and Greeley and Hansen position in the industry.

Prior to joining TYLin, Daven held several executive management positions at world class engineering firms including AECOM, Parsons, and MWH (Stantec) where he served in global growth and regional management roles. With strong roots in the West, Daven will be based out of San Diego, California.
