Scomi Group Bhd. (“Scomi” or “the Group”), a global service provider mainly in the oil & gas and transport solutions industries, is a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. Together with its subsidiary and associate companies, the enlarged entity employs over 2,500 employees in 48 locations in 22 countries.

Scomi was listed on the then Second Board (now known as ACE Market) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 13 May 2003. On 13 May 2014, SGB transferred its listing status to the Main Board (now known as Main Market) of Bursa Securities.

Other public listed companies within the enlarged Scomi group are Scomi Engineering Bhd and Scomi Energy Services Bhd, which are listed on Bursa Securities, and PT Rig Tenders Indonesia Tbk, which is listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange.

Drilling & Completion Services -  Scomi offers a wide range drilling & completion services including drilling fluid solutions, drilling waste management equipment and production enhancement chemicals, drilling & completion tools, well stimulation services, water treatment and enhanced oil recovery solutions to meet the requirements of its clients worldwide;

Development & Production Services - Scomi provides subsurface, field development and production management services, provision of products and project management services of offshore facilities encompassing pre-development through ready for start-up, ‎operations and maintenance services. The Company also manages oil and gas field assets for clients through innovative commercial contracts;

Marine Services - The Company's wide range of marine services include offshore support and marine logistics services, backed by over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas and coal industries; and
 
Transport Solutions - This unit is focused on the manufacturing, design, maintenance and operation of monorail systems, buses, special purpose vehicles, rail wagons, and defense vehicle solutions.
