SERVICIOS INDUSTRIALES Y METALMECANICOS TABARES Y COMPANIA S en C - SERIDME CIA S en C, is a Colombian company located in Cartagena, Colombia and dedicated to industrial machining, construction, assembly and dynamic balancing services on different types of rotating equipment for the industrial, marine and petroleum sectors.
The Company was established in 1991 under the name “TALLER INDUSTEEL” as a response to the growing demands of the industry for high quality machining and metalworking services. In 1998, following a restructuring of its processes the Company was renamed METALWORKING INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LTD., and later on SERIDME CIA S en C. Through the years, SERIDME CIA S en C has positioned itself in the regional market as a responsible, ethical company committed towards the needs and requirements of its customers with environmental responsibility and the implementation of clean and pollution-free processes.
MISSION
SERIDME S en C, provides services related to the industrial machining, construction, assembly and dynamic balancing of different types of rotating equipment for the industrial, marine and petroleum sectors. What drives the Company is the confidence and experience of its qualified workforce, as well as the commitment of the Company towards the continuous improvement of processes and technology that enable it to offer quality services that fully meet the requirements of its customers.
VISION
The Company aims to establish itself in the Atlantic coast and the rest of the country as a supplier of excellent products and services related to the construction, assembly and dynamic computerized balancing of metalworking parts and industrial equipment for the shipbuilding, petroleum and services sectors. SERIDME S en C is focused towards the provision of excellent added-value services that fully meet the requirements of its customers with the support of a competent and efficient workforce. The Company has as a vision to contribute strongly to the import substitution of mechanical parts in Colombia.

Machining Services
SERIDME S en C offers machining services to the construction sector, such as:
- Construction and reconstruction of industrial mechanical parts,
- Upright and helical milling,
- Repair of all types of rotating equipment, such as centrifugal pumps, rotary pumps, screws, speed reducers, adjustable speed drives, steam turbines,
- Repair of surface and cylindrical grinding machines.
