Component Manufacture - Broens offers advanced technology solutions for all types of component machining from components as small as a firing pin of a gun up to an 18 metre aircraft carbon fibre composite tool. Broens products are proven to exceed military requirements, delivering exceptional quality, low maintenance and trusted performance. Broens is the manufacturer of the world renowned Truck Aircraft Loading Unit (T.A.L.U) and Truck Aircraft Side Loading Unit (T.A.S.L.U). Broens military aircraft loaders are the first air transportable aircraft loaders developed in patnership with the RAAF to minimise aircraft downtime.

Metrology Services - Broens’ state of the art technology integrates multi-axis, twin spindle, high speed machining, live turret CNC lathes, intelligent conveyors, CMM in-process gauging, robotics and metrology. Fabrication - Broens is a provider of light to heavy fabrication services back by over 30 years’ experience. The company has fully equipped dedicated fabrication facilities in NSW and SA. Broens has access to 4 dedicated fabrication facilities (over 50,000sqm) across Australia through its subsidiary - Forgacs. Fabrication capabilities include: steels, stainless, steel and aluminium Manual arc, MIG and Tig welding Plate work and plate rolling Pressing Pipework – ISO, ASME and AS/NZS Blast & paint.

Tooling - Broens has been at the forefront of Australian tool manufacturer for over 30 years and is highly recognised for setting the industry standard. Broens implements comprehensive turn-key aerospace tooling operations including design, weld fabrication, machining, assembly and Inspection for Assembly Jigs, Locating Jigs, Bond Jigs, Layup Mandrels, Master Gages, Drill Fixtures, Form Blocks, Injection Molds, RTM's and Holding Fixtures. Broens is a preferred supplier of aircraft tooling to customers such as Boeing, BAE and more and is ISO 9001 / AS 9100C certified.
