D.16 PRE-SEASON INSPECTIONS will read as follows: Resources under this solicitation, and resultant agreement, are required to pass a pre-award inspection prior to award. Inspections must be completed by an approved MOU Equipment Inspection provider before MAY 1, 2018 in order to be placed on a Dispatch Priority List (DPL) for the 2018 fire season.
