6.Contract description

The subject of the contract shall be the supply, delivery, unloading, installation, putting into operation, testing, training (if required) and warranty services by the contractor of Landfill Compactor, Waste Collection, Waste Containers, Transport Equipment and Heavy Duty Landfill Equipment and Trucks in 6 lots for the End Recipient, “Kastamonu Local Administrations Union (KASMIB)”.

7.Indicative number and titles of lots

The contract is divided into 6 lots:

Lot 1: Supply of Landfill Compactor;

Lot 2: Supply of Waste Collection Trucks;

Lot 3: Supply of Waste Containers;

Lot 4: Supply of Waste Transfer Equipment;

Lot 5: Supply of Heavy Duty Landfill Equipment;

Lot 6: Supply of Trucks.

Regulation (EU) No 236/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11.3.2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for financing external action and Regulation (EC) No 231/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council of 11.3.2014 establishing an Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) (OJ L 77/11, 11.3.2014. p. 11).

Please be aware that after the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU, the rules of access to EU procurement procedures of economic operators established in third countries and of goods originating from third countries will apply to candidates or tenderers from the United Kingdom, and to all candidates or tenderers proposing goods originating from the United Kingdom.

In case such access is not provided by legal provisions in force at the time of the contract award, candidates or tenderers from the United Kingdom, and candidates or tenderers proposing goods originating from the United Kingdom could be rejected from the procurement procedure.
