Fusion21 is developing a framework for the provision of energy efficiency works and services for use by current and prospective members. This procurement exercise is inviting tenders from all interested companies who meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation for the lots they wish to bid for. The framework is split into seven (7) lots, these include:

1) External Wall Insulation and Associated Works;

2) Cavity Wall, Loft and Internal Insulation;

3) Cladding and Associated Works;

4) Domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage;

5) Non-Domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage;

6) Electric Vehicle Charging Points; and

7) LED Lighting.

For Northern Ireland we anticipate project values to range between 1 000 000 GBP and 5 000 000 GBP.

Geared towards SME capability this framework will provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Fusion21 members (including but not exclusive to property owners in the housing, education, health, local and central government sectors) to save money and generate social value. 3) Fire doors;

4) Communal entrance doors;

5) Pitched roofing;

6) Flat roofing;

8) Multi trade internal works;

9) Multi trade external works.
