6.Contract description

The subject of this contract is the supply, delivery, unloading, installation and commissioning of laboratory, manufacturing, prototyping and visual processing equipment for advanced prototype station (APS).

Advanced prototype station will be composed of 1 central station and 4 supporting stations coherent with the project content. In the central station, management and meeting activities of the project will be performed. Based on sectors defined in the operation, 4 stations will be established. These stations are determined as virtual reality/augmented reality, information and communication technology, manufacturing and advanced materials. In these supporting stations, machine-equipment usage and technical support activities for SMEs and start-ups will be carried out in the relevant sectors. Hence, through machine-equipment services technology readiness levels of the SMEs and start-ups will be increased within APS.

Lot 1: Laboratory equipment;

Lot 2: Manufacturing equipment;

Lot 3: Prototyping and visual processing equipment;

Lot 4: 3D printer.

Regulation (EU) No 236/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11.3.2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for financing external action and Regulation (EU) No 231/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11.3.2014 establishing an Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) — see Annex A2 of the practical guide. Please be aware that after the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU, the rules of access to EU procurement procedures of economic operators established in third countries and of goods originating from third countries will apply to candidates or tenderers from the United Kingdom and to all candidates or tenderers proposing goods originating from the United Kingdom depending on the outcome of negotiations. In case such access is not provided by legal provisions in force, candidates or tenderers from the United Kingdom and candidates or tenderers proposing goods originating from the United Kingdom could be rejected from the procurement procedure.
