This DPS falls under the scope of the new Light Touch Regime referenced within the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

The DPS will consist of 18 lots, and lot 8 will cover all Health and Safety training and courses. There will be an opportunity at a later date to include additional courses should the Council require more diversity.

Lot 10: Information and communication technology (ICT):

— IT literacy,
