PfH Scotland wish to establish a framework agreement for Whole House refurbishment works over six lots. This will include:
— kitchen installations,
— bathroom installations,
— disabled adaption installations, roofing repair and maintenance,
— hard landscaping and cyclical painting.
The contract is to be split over six geographical regions.
The duration of the framework agreement is to be 4 years.
Roofing repair, maintenance and installation and associated works included but not limited to, roofing repair and maintenance, sheeting works, guttering, scaffolding works, installation and upgrade of solar panels, roofing painting and cement works. PfH Scotland intends to appoint five suppliers to each region but reserves the right to award a greater or fewer number of places depending on the bids received.

Procurement for Housing Scotland are seeking expressions of interest from contractors throughout Scotland who wish to submit bids for the forthcoming Whole House framework, the framework is to be broken down into the following lots:
1) Kitchen installation and associated works;
2) Bathroom Installation and associated works;
3) Disabled adaptations and associated works;
4) Roofing and associated works;
5) Hard Landscaping and associated works;
6) Cyclical Painting and associated works.
The framework is to be run for an initial 3 years with the provision for an extension of 12 months.
