M&Y Maintenance and Construction is a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Regenda Ltd. M&Y wish to establish a DPS for provision of materials for the delivery of the services provided by M&Y including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction. The DPS has been divided into 15 categories. Suppliers can apply for 1 or more categories. It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of 10 years.
