Provision of electric vehicles and/or related electric vehicle infrastructure to Scottish Public Sector. It is yet to be determined whether any collaborative procurement will be required, or the size and scope of any future collaborative procurement. If a collaborative procurement process is taken forward, the resulting procurement arrangement could be available to be used by all parts of the Scottish Public Sector: Local Authorities, the NHS, Emergency Services, Universities and Colleges and Scottish Central Government organisations and could also be available to charities and voluntary organisations.
The Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate are working with Transport Scotland to identify approaches, through collaborative procurement, to help secure value for money in the investment required to decarbonise the Scottish public sector fleet.
