The services to be carried out within the contract can be grouped under four main categories:

• Category 1 (Governance and Operations): reinforcing the governance and operational structure of the EIT Alumni community, through the formalisation of an operating procedure between all parties (EIT HQ, EIT Alumni Board, service provider) and contribution to planning/reporting related to the EIT Alumni activities;

• Category 2 (Community): allowing for a deeper cross — IC Alumni communities' integration and community knowledge — sharing across their activities and practices, both online and offline, through opportunities sharing, social network private groups monitoring, design and implementation of a shared resource database;

• Category 3 (Communication): increasing the visibility of the EIT Alumni community and connecting with recognised brands and institutions across Europe, through social media planning, regular content production, sourcing of events and collaborations.

• Category 4 (Activities/Opportunities): fostering EIT KIC Alumni cross-communities activities, EIT Alumni members entrepreneurial and innovation skill development and career support, by means of supporting to run online solving challenges, and implementing impact measurement tracking methods and engagement of EIT Alumni members to participate in trainings and other events.

Each category consists of task and deliverables, complemented by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) if relevant.
