Nordland County is publishing, on behalf of three municipalities in Nordland, three projects for public financially supported broadband development.
Nordland County is responsible for the publication of the projects. However, the participating municipalities are the contract partner for each project.
The following municipalities are included in the competition:
— Leirfjord,
— Lurøy,
— Sømna.

Tenderers are permitted to submit tenders for one or several subcontracts. However, alternative or parallel tenders are not allowed.
If tenders are submitted for several projects, each project must be specified with its own cost estimate and funding requirements.
This sub-procurement is for the areas Leland-Toven tunnel and Tovåsen in Leirfjord Municipality. In addition an option is wanted for the areas Fagervikveien 13-127, Fagervikveien 131-240, Kvitting, as well as a ommunication cable Leland-Kvitting.
