Construction work

Anticipated announcement of the tender swill be February/March 2021. The project includes two contracts. The contracts will be in progress in the same time frame. Tenders may be submitted for both of the contracts. A turnkey contract (NS 8407) that includes a new fire station (carriage hall) approx. 2 400 m2 and a new teaching/canteen building of approx. 1 750 m2. An execution contract (NS 8405) for the remainder of the site. The execution contract includes i.a. Rehabilitation of the existing training field, new infrastructure (roads, spaces, water and sewage, electrical, etc.), and preparation of a new training field with new training objects. Expansion of technical room (approx. 100 m2). Expansion of chemical store (approx. 30 m2). New teaching building for fire theory (approx. 130 m2). Option for new storage for equipment and material (approx. 1 000 m2). Reconstruction of teaching area. Demolition of the existing buildings rehabilitation of training objects: replacement of cover in the exercise house for warm smoke diving (Luleåhuset). Replacement of doors/windows in the training centre for cold smoke diving, new training items: two houses in a row for warm smoke diving, new container installation for warm smoke diving, fire vessels, row houses for use in training (three units), training house (USAR) for building collapse with ruin park,high rigger, road installations for rescue drills, railway facilities including barrier and platform for rescue drills, rehabilitation of surface on the existing fire drill field including membrane, street heating system and paving/asphalt, animal pit, area for storage and preparation of vehicles, including street heating, dense fence and gates. New transformer and technical infrastructure, road and area lighting. New infrastructure. Sea heat pump for heating buildings and street heating. Remove the existing sea pipeline. New gas plant for training field. Moving fuel tanks. New buffer pool including control house. New control house at the fire training field and reconstruction of arrival to the existing buffer pool. New main entrance and fence around the entire area. Preparation of construction pit for turnkey contract. Car park. Snow disposal sites.
