The objective of this procurement procedure is to award of a service framework contract, divided into two lots, for the provision of promotional services aiming at raising awareness, disseminating results and engaging current and potential users of the EU-funded programmes, projects and international initiatives in the fields of space and security in which the SatCen participates, including, without limitations, the following:
— the copernicus service in support to EU External Action, component of the copernicus security service,
— the EU Space Surveillance and Tracking Support Framework, and
— Horizon 2020/Horizon Europe projects.
For Lot 1, the SatCen seeks to establish a service framework contract with one single economic operator.
For Lot 2, the SatCen seeks to establish a multiple service framework contract in cascade, on the same terms, with the two best ranked tenderers.
Under Lot 1, the successful tenderer may be required to perform two set of activities:
1) Provide communication strategy services, including the following:
— design, deploy and manage communication strategies (including thematic campaigns in social networks),
— enhance and update existing communication strategies,
— provide consultancy services (advice/feedback); and
— develop style guides.
2)Create content for promotional materials.
