This notice applies to the establishment of a service concession system for BPA services (free user choice). The scheme works so that all tenderers who meet certain conditions after applying, are allowed to offer user-controlled personal assistance services in Narvik Municipality. There is a ceiling of up to 10 suppliers who can have a concession at any one time. The objective of this qualification scheme is to organise possibilities for users of user-controlled personal assistance services to choose which provider they want for providing the granted services (user choice) The service shall also ensure that the users are provided the assistance they are granted, in accordance with the Act relating to the municipal health services.
