All qualified tenderers will be given the opportunity to participate in mini-competitions for the delivery of motor vehicles of up to 7500 kg for services in Elverum municipality. It is possible to qualify at any time during the period of the Dynamic Purchasing System.

The duration of the system is originally set to be 10 years, but can be terminated and extended if the contracting authority finds it expedient.
