The objective of this contract is to assist the public utility enterprise ‘Mykolayivvodokanal’ (MVK) to complete the implementation of the Mykolayiv water project in an efficient and coordinated way. There are currently five contracts on-going or in preparation for water supply (raw water pumping station, water treatment plant) and waste water treatment and collection (pumping stations and waste water treatment plant), expected to be completed by the end of 2023. The service provider will be expected to provide project management support to the PIU, capacity building, construction supervision support, monitoring of grant and loan expenditures, and the preparation of MVK’s sludge strategy.
