Preparation of preliminary examination documents for the approval and construction of a fissile material storage facility in laboratory Wing M

The offer includes the preparation of approvable preliminary examination documents, support of the approval procedure, preparation of tender documents and construction supervision of the fissile material storage Wing M of the JRC Karlsruhe. These include:

— the necessary system descriptions, design calculations, plans and drawings as well as the safety-related evidence for safe storage and handling (facilities for transport to and from the storage facility as well as loading and unloading of the storage facility) in accordance with the fissile material quantities of Wing M listed in the licence;

— support of approval process until it is completed;

— creation of the production documents;

— preparation of tender documents for implementation and support during the awarding process;

— construction supervision.
