The proposed facility must have the ability to have secured parking within a walled area. • C. Adjacent buildings to the proposed facility must not exceed two stories. D. The proposed facility must be located within 5-miles of a hospital or stand-alone emergency room (ER) center. • E. The proposed facility must have the ability to be surrounded by an exterior wall, minimum 8ft. high. • F. Facility must be easily accessible to multiple freeways which provide multiple routes of travel. G. Agency cannot be located near businesses determined as unacceptable to Agency. • H Security Level IV • I. Minimum ceiling heights: Office - 9', Warehouse/Flex - 20' • J. Minimum set backs: Front and side - 20', Rear - 20' K. The proposed facility cannot be located within 1,000 feet of a school or day care center.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
