The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) will be conducting Paper Data Capture activities for the 2026 Census. The ABS would like to explore the possibility of engaging one or more experienced organisations for provision of infrastructure, software, licencing and support services for end-to-end, or alternatively, those with expertise in only some aspects of the solution for Paper Data Capture that will be conducted by ABS Officers on ABS premises in South East Melbourne.
