This synopsis is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote and no solicitation exists. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for services under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 811310: Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard for this industry is $7.5 million in average annual revenue. Services would include but are not limited to the following: The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources, management, personnel, materials, transportation, supplies, and equipment, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary in repairing, replacing, testing and reprogramming of fuel dispensing systems, and all associated equipment in facilities. All equipment shall be tested and certified after installation to ensure proper working order.  The reprogramming and verification testing shall be in federal and local codes, standards, and regulations requirements as applicable. All work shall be completed in accordance with NY state regulation NYCRR Part 613 and Federal regulation 40 CFR 280.

 

The Contractor must be able to accept the Government Purchase Card (GPC). Calls over the $10,000 limit will be paid through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Contractor shall register with Unison Global once the Master Blanket Purchase Agreement is signed. BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider: Price; Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities.

 

As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award

Management (SAM), representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM registration must be complete prior to entering into a BPA.
