Safran finalise la vente de sa filiale sécurité à Advent pour 2,4 mds EUR
Safran a annoncé mercredi la finalisation de la cession de sa filiale Identité et Sécurité (IS, ex-Morpho) au fonds américain Advent, actionnaire majoritaire du spécialiste français de la sécurité numérique Oberthur Technologies (OT), pour 2,4 milliards d'euros.
Safran achève ainsi son "recentrage stratégique", indique le groupe dans un communiqué...
