Ibis Tek, Inc. in Good Standing Following Ownership and Management Transition

In response to recent news about former officers, directors and owners of Ibis Tek LLC formally submitting guilty pleas to fraud charges, the new owners and leadership team of Ibis Tek, Inc. confirm the company’s good standing.

As part of a Department of Justice (DoJ) settlement regarding fraud charges related to former company officers and activities dating back to 2009, Ibis Tek was sold to its new ownership team in early 2017. None of the individuals involved in this week’s legal proceedings have been associated with the company since January 1, 2017, when new leadership was installed.

The DoJ and Department of Defense (DoD) have since cleared the company to be held harmless and continue to do business with the DoD and other government entities.
