Janus International Group, LLC Announces New Appointments to Executive Sales Team
TEMPLE, Ga., June 20, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Janus International Group, LLC today announced several key enhancements to the company's executive sales leadership team as the company positions itself for continued strategic growth initiatives beginning Q2 2017.
A key addition to the team is the announcement that Troy Bix has been named President, R3 (Renovate, Remodel or Retrofit) Division where he will be responsible for positioning the company for growth in the R3 market and laying the groundwork for expected future growth in that area.
Prior to this announcement, Mr. Bix served as vice president for Informa Exhibitions, overseeing Inside Self Storage (ISS) media assets as well as the ISS 2017 World Expo, an annual trade show for the self storage industry. Mr. Bix is a well-known industry veteran with more 30 years'.

As Mr. Bix steps into this new role, the company also announced that Terry Bagley has been promoted to President, Door Entry & Facility Automation Division, focusing on expanding the market for the innovative SecurGuard(TM) Electronic Lock/Overlock/Monitor in addition to corporate business development.
Mr. Bagley joined the company in 2016 and he has been involved in the self storage industry for more than 15 years in various capacities. Mr. Bagley served on the national (and international) Self Storage Association (SSA) board of directors for six years from 2010 to 2015.
Further related to these executive changes, the company announced that Roc Hughes will assume the role of Vice President, Business Development where he will demonstrate his sales expertise, focusing on R3 initiatives and growth in this area of the business. Mr. Hughes will report directly to Troy Bix.
Mr. Hughes joined the company in 2013 and previously held the role of Vice President of International Sales. Prior to joining Janus, Mr. Hughes was employed by Doors and Building Components, Inc., where he was director of sales and marketing. He has more than 15 years of experience in the self storage industry and he is an active member of several industry associations.
In addition to the executives already announced, the company announced that Pete Frayser has been promoted to Vice President, International Sales. Mr. Frayser will assume leadership of all of the sales activities of the business in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Mr. Frayser joined the company in 2016 as the business development manager for Latin America. He is a bilingual Spanish/English speaker and previously worked for a real estate developer in Valencia, Spain and later, the international sports industry with the MLB and NBA in New York, NY. Mr. Frayser holds a M.A. in International Trade from the University of Castilla La Mancha (Spain).
