Sherwood Ford is helping area drivers with questions about vehicle service

Found under the service tab on the dealership's navigation, this new page is dedicated to answering service and vehicle related questions frequently asked by drivers.

One the page, drivers are able to find answers to questions about their vehicle's tires, wiper blades, brakes, maintenance, mechanics and general car care. The dealership will be adding new links to the page each month to provide drivers with an increasing amount of desired information.

Currently, the Service FAQ page features answers to questions such as "Why is my muffler so loud?" "Is my Ford factory warranty valid if I have the oil changed at a local garage?" and "What does it mean if my check engine light comes on?"

Sherwood Ford also lists its service hours for customers looking to speak with a technician or schedule a service appointment. These services are also available via forms on the Service FAQ page.
